During the discharge of parts from the NC automatic lathe, there was an issue of parts getting scratches from falling against each other, and we wanted to address this problem. To prevent falling scratches on the parts, we introduced a work stocker manufactured by Furukawa Seiki Co., Ltd. As a result, the defect rate due to falling scratches has dropped to 0%, productivity has improved, and since it is portable and can be attached to necessary machines, the introduction cost was also kept low.
